The company was established in 1990 in the city of Dupnitsa and at the moment it has more than 20 warehouses and shops – own as well as franchise - in some of the biggest cities in Bulgaria – Burgas, Veliko Tarnovo, Stara Zagora, Pazardzhik, Plovdiv, Ruse, Targovishte, Sandanski, Sliven, Haskovo, Kyustendil and 3 in Sofia. The central warehouse is situated in Dupnitsa on a total area of 5000 sqm. Our range includes more than 100 000 available references and their number is constantly increasing and improving. We are in process of building a new, modern warehouse for improving the quality of logistic and deliveries for our clients.
The company has got more than 15 000 loyal customers, for which we aim to provide professional services, fast delivery and high quality of the products. We were the first in Bulgaria who launched an online shop and currently more than 70% of the orders are being received online. For optimizing the warehouse management and effective customer service ERP system and a specialized WMS software have been implemented.
